Student ActivitiesIn recent years, National Hsinchu Commercial & Vocational High School (HCCVS) has been actively promoting interdisciplinary elective courses and collaborating with corporations. At the same time, the school encourages participation in various practical competitions to continuously strengthen students' professional skills and career competitiveness. In addition to excellence in academic advancement, the school has achieved fruitful results in promoting technical and vocational education. Students have consistently earned top honors in vocational fields such as the National Student Skills Competition, thematic projects, new retail competitions, website design contests, and creative design. Furthermore, students have shown outstanding performance in activities demonstrating language expression and communication skills, such as the National Language Arts Competition, reading reflection essay contests, and the creation of learning portfolios. This fully demonstrates the school's dual strengths in both academic foundations and technical practice. Currently, there are over 40 student clubs on campus, covering diverse fields including music, physical education, technical arts, recreation, academics, and service. The school also hosts annual events such as the school anniversary sports meet, dance competitions, ball games, aquatic meets, the Eighteen Peaks Mountain road run, school fairs, learning outcome exhibitions, thematic project competitions, skill competition trials, and independent learning showcases. These events provide a diverse stage for students to showcase their talents. Additionally, well-established student self-governance organizations effectively nurture students' administrative and leadership abilities, creating a complete and rich learning ecosystem on campus.
